There is so much to learn about nutrition and energy expenditure that it can overwhelme your brain and make you want to give up before you try. Let’s just make it a simple concept instead.
Let’s just say that this is your day from the time you wake up to the time you sleep….

When you wake up your body has been fasting throughout the night. That drop in insulin could be your weight loss advantage or DISADVANTAGE-Play your cards right. This is the best time to tap into fat with a 20-30 minute cardio session, and/ or the most crucial time to eat a nutritious meal. Let me show you why:
Let’s say you wake up but don’t eat until 12:00. Your insulin would take a drop from 6:00to 9:00am storing fat for your starvation (“but I’m not starving”, you say) YOUR BRAIN THINKS DIFFERENT. Remember we as humans are designed for famine and times without food and water—-this leads to fatty deposits—-and ugly fat. We are designed to move, so eat clean and keep your furnace above the line by eating every three hours.
