What is Ph?
The term PH stands for “potential” or ” hydrogen” and is a measure of the acidityl or alkalinity of a solution represented on a scale between 0-14. Neutral sources are a 7 on the scale.
What is the Normal PH?
7.35-7.45. This is called homeostasis.
How to add more alkaline food to your diet…
Avoid too much meat, alcohol, soft drinks caffeine, coffee, most nuts, eggs, vinegar, sourkraut, ascorbic acid, pasturized milk, cheese, white sugar, and medical drugs.
